The processor hit is entirely in batch (priority 70). It will impact any batch processes running but has had no noticeable affect on interactive response. It does tick me off a little sometimes when users are sending faxes while I am trying to compile some stuff, but it really isn't bad. Most of our giant (600 - 1500 graphic faxes) go out overnight so it isn't a constant problem - most faxes sent during the day are just one or two here and there. We have started moving toward e-mailing pdfs more and more... I have had very good response from their tech support whenever I have had questions. After dealing with the old external system we had before, I have been happy to suffer the minor impact of the native solution... Regards Rick
