Hi Rick,

The processor hit is entirely in batch (priority 70). It will impact
any
batch processes running but has had no noticeable affect on interactive
response. It does tick me off a little sometimes when users are sending
faxes while I am trying to compile some stuff, but it really isn't bad.
Most of our giant (600 - 1500 graphic faxes) go out overnight so it isn't a
constant problem - most faxes sent during the day are just one or two here
and there. We have started moving toward e-mailing pdfs more and more...

I have had very good response from their tech support whenever I have
had
questions. After dealing with the old external system we had before, I have
been happy to suffer the minor impact of the native solution...

Regards
Rick
