Nope. No backup and we use the Norton auto update feature. This is the kind of slow response where it takes five minutes to paint a screen. My pc has a reset button; I use it often. The pc has 256 megs of ram and a fast enough processor to run NT, so it should be able to handle emulation, word processing, internet and e-mail. I don't really worry about it too much.
