Is the time updated based on the date time of the JOB that is running the
update or is it based on the 400 SYSTEM date time? Some JOBs get their date
time from the date time of a user PC used to connect to a session & PCs are a
bit notorious about having software that causes the date time clock to stop
for a while & when it restarts not get the right time again.
