To run a remote command on your default system, enter the command
like this:

rmtcmd sndmsg HelloWorld qsysopr

If you want that command to run on some other system, you must
end with a " // system-name-qualifier".

rmtcmd sndmsg HelloWorld qsysopr // other400

Hope this helps
