I think it should be based on the ORI formula (Other Responsibilities
Ignored), which is a better measure of one's dedication to the list. From
what I see out here, I would not be the only one who would be
well-compensated on that plan. :)

I would also like to request a raise.

IMHO, this should be based strictly on the NOWP formula over, say.. the last
2 months (number of words posted).  It seems to be the fairest approach.. to
me anyway...
