I would also like to request a raise. IMHO, this should be based strictly on the NOWP formula over, say.. the last 2 months (number of words posted). It seems to be the fairest approach.. to me anyway... However, I withdraw my request for a raise, if that opens me up to the possibility of a chargeback for posting inappropriate material to the list. Leastways, I could never agree to pay for a bill that was more than the amount of the raise... TIA ...;-)) | -----Original Message----- | From: midrange-l-admin@midrange.com | [mailto:midrange-l-admin@midrange.com]On Behalf Of Hall, Philip | Sent: Thursday, December 06, 2001 2:07 PM | To: 'midrange-l@midrange.com' | Subject: RE: AS/400 Programmer | | | Chuck, | | > I've screwed up and posted inappropriate material to this | > list once before myself. | | And on review, this is the basis for denial of your request for a | raise ;-) | -----Original Message----- | From: midrange-l-admin@midrange.com | [mailto:midrange-l-admin@midrange.com]On Behalf Of Chuck Morehead | Sent: Thursday, December 06, 2001 1:35 PM | To: midrange-l@midrange.com | Subject: Re: AS/400 Programmer | | | <snip> | | Since this list is now apparently an organization now - who do I talk to | about getting a raise? ;-) | <snip>
