Marty, I didn't see the link so I would appreciate if you could send me the document. Actually, the AS/400 is both the target and the source. There are two different programs and ICF entries, of course. Let me know if you can't find it and I will email you the doc (unfortunately I saved the doc but not the URL). AFAIK, you should not have to change anything in your APPC application to make it run over Anynet. That is supposed to be the beauty of Anynet. ;-) Which side (mf or 400) is the source pgm and which is the target? -Marty --__--__-- From: "York, Albert" <albert.york@nissan-usa.com> To: "'MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com'" <MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com> Subject: Anynet configuration Date: Thu, 6 Dec 2001 13:02:49 -0800 Reply-To: midrange-l@midrange.com I am attempting to configure Anynet from an AS/400 to a mainframe. I have an APPC program which works when I use it on SNA but I can't figure out how to set it up for Anynet. I have the Anynet controller and device configured, and those seem to be working (at least I can successfully APING them), but I need help in understanding how to put it all together, especially in configuring the ICF file. Does anyone have experience in this area? I would appreciate any help I can get. I called IBM software support and they weren't really able to help me.
