As noted earlier today on this thread, there is a system value called:
System value . . . . . :   QVFYOBJRST
Description  . . . . . :   Verify object on restore
Verify object on
  restore  . . . . . . :   3
    1           Do not verify signatures on restore.  Restore all
                objects regardless of their signature.
    2           Verify signatures on restore.  Restore unsigned
                user-state objects.  Restore signed user-state objects,
                even if the signatures are not valid.
    3           Verify signatures on restore.  Restore unsigned
                user-state objects.  Restore signed user-state objects
                only if the signatures are valid.

More...

A change to this value might help.  I strongly recommend that if you go
this route versus my next question, that you change it right back after the
restore.

However, ask yourself, "Why would this signature be invalid?"

Is there any problems to restore V4r4 save file on V5r1 system?
it gives  'Signature verification failed for save file...' message.
