I know it is not really checking from the 400, but how about this.  Create
a quick CL program that each person has to run.

in the cl:
pgm
strpco
monmsg iws4010
STRPCCMD PCCMD(CA400CPL.CPL)
endpgm

This will(should) pop a box on thier PC that show the client access
properties.
 Ask them to record the  info and pass along to you.
