Yes, QSYS.  QSYSMSG, as a message queue,  was created in Release 2.0 of
CPF.  QUSRSYS, as a library,  wasn't created until about Release 7.0 of
CPF.

Can someone refresh my memory, where should the QSYSMSG msgq be? Mine is in
QUSRSYS and since it didn't get the "Serious Storage..." messages I'm
guessing it's in the wrong spot. QSYS perhaps?
