Antonio, I would start with WRKJOB QZDFMCHD and check the job log. It might be something like a user profile that is disabled. If you do not have a job log I'd look at changing the job description to generate one, stopping & restarting the servers, and then checking the log. (As I'm typing here a thought comes to me... You might want to use DSPLOG to confirm that job is even starting before messing with the job description. If the job is not starting check the job logs of the other seven jobs to see if they hold any clues.)
