Sorry about that :-)

Before when users requested reports that were controlled strictly by the
default QPRINT (not overridden in a CL  or something) they were going to an
outq with no writer started so they were able to move it/them to an outq
with active writer of their choice. I am trying to get some of the more
savvy users to remember what outq they remember finding it on and then I
could just change it (QPRINT) to go there I guess (?) :-)

I don't recall that you've said what difference you're seeing, only that
there is a difference?
