Hello all,

I am trying to produce my own overlay / pagesegments with NT4 and CAWIN
Express 440 / SF64474 and the IBM AFP printer drivers.
I get a file on the PC, transfer it to the QDLS created a PF with
RCDLEN(32766)
and so on to copy this pcd file to a member. So far so good.
I then try to CRTOVL and all I get is CPD88C0, telling me my data is not
being
translated to an AFPDS resource because its format is unknown, there is
an enhanced
error code of '5A0010 D3A8C6'.
I searched the IBM Knowledge Base on this and found that all MODCA
resources
(internal AFPDS structures) begib with '5A0010' and have tags like
'D3A85F' or 'D3A8C7' or so, but my combination is not in the list.
So how is this meant to work ?
I followed exactly to the word the guidelines from IBM of how to do this
and - nothing !
I tried differnet AFP drivers, generic AFP 240 , generic AFP 300, AFP
3812, NJET, nada, nothing: all of them produce the code D3A8C6, which
cannot be interpreted by
my OS/400 PSF translator.

Any help appreciated.

Regards from germany, Philipp Rusch
