If you know what the name of the spooled file will be ahead of time, you
could add the following to the CL program:

WRKSPLFA  FILE(&SPLFNAME)
MONMSG MSGID(CPF3330 CPF9871) EXEC(DO)
GOTO CMDLBL(NOSPOOL)
ENDDO
