We can ping by IP address from their machine, so it's definitely DNS or local name resolution. I checked QSYSWRK and there are no jobs with DNS located in their names. If you can ping the IP, then DNS or local name resolution is the problem. If no ping on the IP, then the routing entries on the AS/400 or on the core router may be the problem.
