I remember everyone complaining about Bookmanager 4 or so years ago, saying how terrible it was. Compared to what we have now, Bookmanager was heaven. You could actually find things. And since most thing were called by their right name (instead of Websphere this or Websphere that), you knew which manual it was in. At COMMON, I told the IBM Infocenter people to their faces that the IC stunk. And that it was unusable.
