You could have a look at SPLTOOL shareware tool,
Along with MAILTOOL and SPL2EAMIL from Brad Stone.

Pretty cheap, works OK, available for free trialing.

Dont know if it fits in with the PCL bit though?

Is there anyway to convert existing PCL spool files to PDF to allow them to
be emailed from the 400?  We are currently using a third party package to
create the forms but now want to email them.
