Dave, Might have been Neil, might have been me - not to take anything away from Neil ! I have been doing this for YEARS and it has proven very valuable. At my last job, if devices would get deleted or something (I know that never happens and whoever does that has sense enough to make a copy of it first so specific parameters, i.e. printer, print file, message que in the case of a printer, text description, etc can be redone... <BG>) we had a copy to go back to !
