Bruce, We have a 3580-001 according to the device description as a stand-alone box attached to our 730. It is wonderful. Previously, we had a DLT tape drive. It was taking 4 hours to backup our entire system, and the DLT only held 30g compressed. Every week, I was going thru things looking for disk hogs that could be deleted. Now, no problems. We had been doing the Go SAVE 23 User Data, and backing up the system stuff separately to an 8mm drive. Now, I can do the entire system on one tape in 50 minutes. We are a smallish system, 77.3g with anywhere between 57 to 64 % used. I am thrilled to know that I have good backups every week, and with the added horse power of the 730, my nightly processing has dropped from 4 hours to 1. Cyndi B.
