Hi Chris,

Ahh, I just checked and it looks like we have not installed the latest cume;
they tell me the CD is there but hasn't been applied.  Do you know of any
PTF's offhand that would cause this problem?

No, we're not using the FIREWALL option. On the chance that it may be
something in the SMTP configuration:
