These are the current defaults of the sbmjob cmd. They did change
many releases ago (not sure exactly when) and was listed in the Memo to
Users.

 System library list  . . . . . .   *CURRENT      *CURRENT, *SYSVAL
 Current library  . . . . . . . .   *CURRENT      Name, *CURRENT, *USRPRF...
 Initial library list . . . . . .   *CURRENT      Name, *CURRENT, *JOBD...
