You can actually install Office on V5R1.  It's not supported, but you
should get your MRGDOC command back.  I'm sure somewhere in the MIDRANGE
archives there will be an article which will tell you how, but there's a
good chance you'll get away with a raw RSTLICPGM using your previous
release's CD ROMS.

Might be worth going to www.redbooks.ibm.com to get 'How to Replace
OfficeVision/400 in your Applications, SG24-5406'
