If you are running even the free piece of PowerLock's exit program software <--- shameless vendor plug here >, then you would have captured the Client Access connect times in a journal receiver. Then you'd have irrefutable proof of when she last signed on with her ID. You'd also know if she downloaded any important files on her way out the door. If not, then I like Rob's idea of using the History log. Hopefully it is still available three weeks after the fact. jte P.S. Having seen this situation before, I strongly believe that you should always save the old logs and receivers. You never know when they may be referred to in a legal proceeding. -- John Earl johnearl@powertechgroup.com The Powertech Group www.powertechgroup.com Kent, Washington, USA +1 253-872-7788 ----- Original Message ----- From: <MBW0201A@aol.com> To: <midrange-l@midrange.com> Sent: Monday, November 05, 2001 01:17 PM Subject: User profiles We usually delete a user profile when an employee leaves. We are saying an employee was fired on October 11 and she says she worked Oct 15 and 16th. User profile is deleted. Other than history log is there anyway to tell when her last sign on or sign off was or when user profile was deleted? Any other ideas on how to track down? _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
