There are several things you can do.  First of all, check that system
clean-up is on.  (GO CLEANUP).

Then delete old spool and QHST files.  Then run RCLSPLSTG *NONE.

Your next step is to IPL (which will CLRLIB QRPLOBJ).

After that you have to either delete stuff (The first thing I look for is
unused LPPs, the DBCS components of Client Access, and OS/2).

When all else fails, execute the SPENDMONEY command and buy DASD *LOTS.
