It took me roughly a two days to get the overlay to work for me, that is not
a finished overlay either, just to get it to work. I am not real familiar
with everything yet, since I have only been in the business for almost 1.5
years. As far as designing it, I am guessing it will take me another day or
so to get it done.  And that is mostly to my perfectionist nature.

Let's assume you are already printing checks, W2s etc on an impact printer
on preprinted checks and forms. Now you decide to convert to laser
printing on blank paper stock. Any guesstimates on how many hours per form
to design and implement? How about the first form vs the last (ie learning
curve)?
