Does the use of this product void the customers IBM software support
contract?

I emailed this question to tiger tools last week. This was their response:

"Fast400 does not change any IBM objects.  There are other tuning products
on the market and they do not void the support contract.   IBM knows about
Fast400 and has not said anything to TigerTools."
