Don't have access to the manual, but SRC 0000 xxxx's are usually power
related.
Coul dbe a bad power supply, could be someone flipped the Emergency Off
switch.

We have a 9402-40S on V3R7 that is displaying SRC 0000 0002 and the
attention light at the beginning of the IPL (within 30 seconds of the
start of the IPL).  I can not find an explanation of this SRC in our
manuals.  Does anyone know what it means?
