Well, because, umm... it'll accept that? That's one thing I never tried. Always in the past the command I created was a different name than the program it called, which was usually why I was creating the command in the first place. Lot easier for a user to type SENDDATA then something like CALL BSTSNDDTA with, or without, parms.
