RE: 7208-222 won't eject cleaning cartridge

If you have maintenance on the rest of your equipment maybe if you smile
cute and bat your eyes you can get them to fix this as long as you add this
too to maintenance - without having to pay the hourly.  They can smell a
pattern though.

I forgot to mention that I found out today that this unit is not on our
IBM maintenance contract.  So please don't tell me to call IBM.
$246/hour, minimum 2 hours.  If I can get the cartridge out so that it's
operational again, I'm figuring I can get IBM to come out and certify
(?) it to get it covered.
