Thank you everyone for your help in this. The console is back up and running and all 4 of the DST accounts are re-enabled. The various steps I had to do: 1. Sign on as QSECOFR and run CHGDSTPWD 2. Reset CTL02 which has attached device DSP02 (Not CTL01 with attached device QCONSOLE). 3. Bring up the remote control panel, select manual mode and option 21 to bring up DST. 4. Drill down and re-enable accounts setting the passwords again just to make sure we knew what they are. 5. Document this in an e-mail for prosperity's sake. 6. Dance a jig. Thanks again for your help!
