That re-enabled the QSECOFR DST password so I can log onto the
console again.  So now I should be able to try to boot into DST
using the 21 from the control panel to re-enable the other 2
(1'2 and 2's).

Jim,

If you can sign on to a workstation with QSECOFR authority, you will be
able to reset the DST security officer password to its default.  Use the
CHGDSTPWD command.  Also QSRV should be a valid DST password.  Remember
to use uppercase.
