Well, to do this in SQL, first you create your output file:

CREATE TABLE xxxxxxxx.........

Followed by:
INSERT INTO xxxxxxxxx (SELECT ...............)

Pretty easy.

Subject: Help With SQL400 RUNSQLSTM

I am trying to create a dynamic reporting eng using sql and the runsqlstm.
I was going to use query manager to do this but it has a limit of 250
columns. Does any one know how to use the runsqlstm command and have the
result set placed in a file?
