Doug, I think what you want to do is this: 1. Select Sort Fields (customer#, Date) 2. Define Report Breaks (1 on company, 2 on date) Your output will not repeat data that is defined Define Report Breaks. You can also add Report Summary Functions to create subtotals, counts, etc. I hope this is what you're looking for.
