You can also use DFU:
   Pass the "Define General Information/Indexed File" Screen
   Pass the "Define Audit Control" Screen
   Select the record format on the "Work with Record Formats" Screen.
   Select the fields.
   When working on fields, select the field(s) you want to do lower case with a
   #2.
   On the ALLOW LOWER-CASE parameter enter "Y".
