At present there is no way to control what types of attachments get removed
... the same code that removes attachments removes HTML.

I would say, however, that few attachments (except for HTML) would get past
most size filters ... prior to implementing the HTML filter, I had a 40k
size limit on messages (still do, but it's rarely invoked) ... most
slightly complex doc files & pdf's will exceed the limit.

If someone has an file they would like made available to the list in
general, feel free to send it to me... I will post it on the web site and
provide the URL ... then you can just refer people to the URL for the
attachment.
