I guess you have to increase the values of :

 Aktivierungszeitgeber  . . . . . . :   ACTTMR      170

to something like 300 or even more (these are seconds).

Sometimes the value of

 Inaktivitätszeitgeber  . . . . . . :   INACTTMR    *SEC15

should be changed according to an APAR of IBM, I can't
remember exactly at the moment I will do a research on this info.
