I don't think you can get IBM to ship V3R2 CA. You can download the V5R1 beta however. ( http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/clientaccess/cadownld.htm ). Then get the latest SP (ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/as400/products/clientaccess/win32/v5r1m0/servicepack/si01907/ ) You will loose the mapped drives as you are at v3r7 but you will have the latest CA code. ------------------------- Bryan Dietz 3X Corporation "Bale, Dan" <Dan.Bale@handleman To: <midrange-l@midrange.com> .com> cc: Sent by: Subject: RE: Why Client Access V3R2 midrange-l-admin@mi drange.com 10/08/2001 03:24 PM Please respond to midrange-l This is a multi-part message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Yup, slide rules, all that stuff! <g> The article you referenced had good information, but the link to the IBM site was useless for the purpose of getting info on V3R2. Still, I'd be interested. How would I persuade IBM to send me a copy of CA v3r2? :-0 Dan Bale IT - AS/400 Handleman Company 248-362-4400 Ext. 4952 D.Bale@Handleman.com > -----Original Message----- > From: rob@dekko.com [SMTP:rob@dekko.com] > Sent: Thursday, October 04, 2001 9:21 AM > To: midrange-l@midrange.com > Subject: Why Client Access V3R2 > > > I found a good article on the enhancements that Client Access V3R2 has > over > the earlier versions.
