Does not  have to be the hurricane season,
just a place that  helps draw larger attendance.
Last Florida Common conference was pre AS400  during the Silver Lake rumor
era up in Hollywood FL.   Nice place for  about 2000 - 2100  attendees

Might have to use a location like Tampa or Orlando for the latest size of
conferences
