I've check a couple of our customers and they are not having any problems with the FTP and SNA leased line interfaces. This must be a problem with dial access. A lot of customers use 800 numbers to dial Advantis, but there may be local access numbers you can use. I suggest calling their support line and checking to see if you can get a local (non-800) number for access.
