In March we installed our first 3581 and from day one the backups (60GB) has completed in just under 40 minutes ( 820 2427 V4R5 ). But a DSPTAP took almost 4 hours until we were current on the ptf's and drive microcode version. All problems was pertaining to restoring IFS objects. Nowadays any restore of a single IFS object will take less than 15 minutes.
