Hi Angela,

A couple of ways:

    DSPFD lib/file *MBRLIST *OUTFILE OUTFILE(lib1/file1)

or API's

    QUSCRTUS (create a user space)
    QUSLMBR (list database file members)
    QUSRUSAT (retrieve user space attributes)
    QUSRTVUS (retrieve user space)
    QUSDLTUS (delete user space)
