You might take advantage of the fact that query doesn't appear to see the
invalid records. Write a query that creates a database file as its output.
You need only define the file specs and the output type and form. Make the
output to a database file, detail level. This file will essentially be a
version of the original file with just the valid records.

Important step: back up your problem file.

Then use CPYF to copy your query output file to your problem file with
MBROPT(*REPLACE).
