This actually seems like a very good reason to quit drinking.  Drunk
driving is stopped one driver at a time.  Servers sucking bandwidth
because of unreliability and insecurity are likewise changed one at a
time.  A famous owl once said, "Give a hoot!  Don't pollute!"
