That's hard to find without a business-partner logon.  Some information
is available at http://www.ibm.com/shop/iseries, but I don't think that
you'll find 720 memory there.

The easy answer to your question is that 720 memory is $10/M and is
available in the following flavors:

#3001           32M             $320
#3002           128M            $1,280
#3003           256M            $2,560

Be careful though in estimating your costs.  Sometimes you can only
reach your target by removing low-capacity DIMMs and installing the
larger.  You may also need to install a Main Storage Expansion (#2830)
depending on your processor and what you currently have installed.

Best bet is to have IBM or a business partner run a configuration
against your installed inventory.
