This is now working.  Nearest I can figure is that something started and it
had to catch up on a large backlog.  SNDDST must use a different queue.

I upgraded our machine from V4R5 to V5R1.  SNDEMAIL is now failing.  I have
this running ok on other machines we've upgraded to V5R1.  I've done the
following:

I) WRKJOB QMSF.
Had only one job running. Did an ENDMSF. Then STRMSF MSGOPT(*CLEAR)
NBRMSFJOB(3). WRKJOB QMSF now shows 3.

II) Did a DSPDSTLOG and found nothing of significance.

III) Did a DSPLOG and found nothing of significance.

IV) Opened up Op's Nav and saw that SMTP is running. Stopped and restarted
it.

V) Noticed that I could not ping dekko.com from this 400. Can't understand
why, but I ADDTCPHTE INTNETADR('10.10.1.141') HOSTNAME((DEKKO.COM))
anyways. Now I can ping.

VI)  Ran SNDDST TYPE(*MSG) TOUSRID((ROB DEKKO)) DSTD(NA) MSG(TEST)  and
received the memo quite quickly.  This message also shows up in DSPDSTLOG.

VI)  Ran  SNDEMAIL ADDRESSEE((ROB@DEKKO.COM 'Rob Berendt'))
SENDER(GDIHQ@DEKKO.COM 'Big 400') SUBJECT('Test Five') MESSAGE('This is a
test').  Joblog looked like:
11200 - CHKOBJ OBJ(QGPL/NXTMIME#) OBJTYPE(*DTAARA)
11600 - RTVDTAARA DTAARA(QGPL/NXTMIME#) RTNVAR(&SEQNO)
12500 - CHGDTAARA DTAARA(NXTMIME#) VALUE('125')
