From there, wander to Doc1 Products & Services. As Phil was saying, there's this perception among the clients that we are doing a poor job of getting them the statements right. This, despite the fact that the client rarely knows what they want until they've seen the end result. Outsourcing this work may or may not help this perception, but we're exploring the possibility. --buck
