Yes.
The V3R7 is an old (withdrawn since 1997, I think) release. of
course DB2 is OK but with a poor set of functions (triggers,
constraints are there, but no stored procedures, LOB, ...).
It seems to me there is some kind of an HTTP server (something
like ICSS or ICS), but there is no JVM, and so no WebSphere.
There is a C compiler but you would have to buy it.

It asks you for the ressource name. Try WRKHDWRSC *CMN to
get it.
