Quite regularly we get excessive CPU usage by QTSMTPCLTP programs, two of
them running and using 70-90% of the CPU.  Stopping and restarting SMTP
doesn't seem to help.

I noticed some PTF's for this at V4R4, etc., but nothing for V5R1. Has
anyone else had this problem, and if so, have you got it fixed?
