OVRPRTF and a Sys/36 printer

I wrote an RPGIV program that executes an OVRPRTF for the externally
described printerfile.  In the OVRPRTF  I set the forms length at 51 lines
but it keeps going back to 66 lines.   Since the machine is running in a
Sys/36 emulation I wonder if there is something going on there?   Any
ideas would be appreciated.
