Hmmm... <g>   Dan, how many objects are you aware of that are *NOT* IFS 
objects? QSYS is within the IFS, as is QDOC and the various other file systems. 
SAVRST does support QSYS.LIB, at least in current releases of OS/400 -- I 
haven't checked prior to V4R4.
